"Stacey really had a huge impact in making our wedding and reception happen in the way it did.  Our wedding was beautiful and everything went really smoothly, mostly because of her!  She really made it all happen!!!

I live up in the Chicagoland area, so I was planning an out-of-town wedding like you.  I couldn't have pulled it off without Stacey's help.  We used her in a day-of-coordination capacity, but she really went above and beyond that.  Looking back, I know she would have saved me a lot of trips down to Champaign and a lot of stress if we would have used her services from day 1 of our planning.  Stacey is so organized and really has a passion for weddings that is exciting.  We met a few times before the wedding and she really brought up some logistic things that my mom and I hadn't thought of... even though we were sure we had thought of everything.  : )  Gosh, she (and her assistants) did so many things the day of the wedding:  picked up all the flowers for the ceremony (which saved us a delivery charge), set up the altar decorations, coordinated vendors, got everyone lined up and everything moving smoothly for the ceremony (she was there for the rehearsal, too), delivered flowers from the church to the reception, set up the cake table, returned stuff (candles, candelabras, flower pedestals, etc.) the day after the ceremony... I could go on and on.  And that's only the stuff that I saw for myself or heard about - I'm sure that's just the tip of the iceberg and she did even more than that.  She made sure that my mom and I didn't have to worry about anything other than having a great time!

I absolutely recommend hiring Stacey - I consider it money very well spent!  She's a really wonderful person who I still keep in touch with today.  She is very committed to her clients, and wants to see them happy.  She'll do whatever it takes to make that happen."
