Pre-evaluation Of Ceremony & Reception Sites

Do they fit your needs and descriptions of “the perfect place”? Are they in your budget range? Will they fit the size of your party?

Site Visits

Your coordinator will go with you or in your place to do an overview of the establishment. She will check the space for details such as cleanliness, layout of the room, etc. She will also take a chance to meet the staff and assess their capabilities, personality, and other details that are important when choosing any location for a special event such as yours.

Preliminary Vendor Research

A check on pricing and availability for your date. This again will focus on if the vendor meets your needs and budget. A list of possibilities for each type of vendor (DJ, Photographer, cake artist, florist, attire provider, transportation, caterer, etc.) will be compiled along with all their info for you to have all in one place.

Securing Vendors

Your coordinator will book your final vendor choices and inform you of what they require from you (deposit, contract, etc.). Although your coordinator cannot legally sign an agreement for you, she can get the proper paperwork to you and even return it to the vendor on your behalf.

Pre-wedding Celebration Coordination

Working with you and whomever you wish to be involved, we will organize any and all pre-wedding celebrations for family and friends. This can include the engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, bridesmaid's luncheon, and rehearsal dinner.

Bridal Party Coordination

This will help your loved ones understand exactly what their role in your wedding is. We will detail every important aspect the Best Man, Maid/Matron of Honor, bridesmaids, groomsmen, ushers, flower girl, and ringbearer need to know. This will also include organizing their positions for the processional/recessional, receiving line, and head table arrangements for the big day!

Developing An Itinerary

Your coordinator will have a detailed timeline of the day's events, which will be distributed to anyone else who may find it handy.

Vendor Coordination

Once you have chosen your vendors, your coordinator will meet with them with you or on your behalf and make all the necessary arrangements, plan details, and follow up with them in order to ensure that things are being handled promptly and correctly.

Attire Selection

Your coordinator will go along with you or in your place to help select and order any attire needs you have. She will offer any helpful suggestions according to your budget range and style choices for you event.

Attire Pickup & Delivery

For your convenience, your coordinator can pick up and distribute all dresses and tuxedos before the day of your event. She will also return all rented attire to the appropriate retailer for you, since you will have more important things to do after your wedding!

Guest List, Invitations, and Response Monitoring

We can help you organize your guest list. When they come back (or even if they don't) we will keep tabs on Acceptances and Regrets so that your guest count is as accurate as possible. The coordinator can also compose directions to your ceremony, hotel, and reception sites for your out-of-town guests.

Help With Honeymoon Planning

We'll get quotes from travel agents and search for the perfect getaway for you and your new better half. No matter if its just a weekend trip to a small bed and breakfast, a week long cruise to the Caribbean, or a two-week stay on the islands of Hawaii, you'll know everything you'll need to have to go, and a list of things to see and do while you celebrate being newlyweds!

Event Design

Your coordinator will work with you to develop the perfect d袯r for your event. Details such as the mood, style, season, and personality of you as a couple will come into play for this. Picking out things to use, which symbolize everything you want your celebration to be is a specialty here. A number of elegant yet unique options will be detailed for you and you can pick whichever aspects you like.

Site Set-Up & Take Down

Your coordinator will also head to the venues that day to handle any set up needs personally and/or to make sure all aspects of set-up and decorating are finished before the start of your event, this includes returning any rental equipment.

Scheduling All Your Preparational Appointments

If you need someone to keep track of your busy schedule while preparing, your consultant will be hugely beneficial in this department. She will schedule vendor meetings, as well as all your hair, makeup, and manicure appointments so that you look your best on that special day!

Registry Help

If you don't know where to begin with this often overwhelming task, you can always count on your coordinator to help, whether this means taking her shopping with you or just a friendly overview of the types of things you should be looking for.

Rehearsal

Your coordinator will be present and assist with ceremony rehearsal as needed.

Support, Organization, and Troubleshooting

Your coordinator will be right there with all of you on the day of your big event!
