Day-Of Coordination

Vendor Coordination

Once you have chosen your vendors, your coordinator will meet with them with you or on your behalf and make all the necessary arrangements, plan details, and follow up with them in order to ensure that things are being handled promptly and correctly.

Attire Pickup & Delivery

For your convenience, your coordinator can pick up and distribute all dresses and tuxedos before the day of your event. She will also return all rented attire to the appropriate retailer for you, since you will have more important things to do after your wedding!

Site Set-Up & Take Down

Your coordinator will also head to the venues that day to handle any set up needs personally and/or to make sure all aspects of set-up and decorating are finished before the start of your event, this includes returning any rental equipment.

Bridal Party Coordination

This will help your loved ones understand exactly what their role in your wedding is. We will detail every important aspect the Best Man, Maid/Matron of Honor, bridesmaids, groomsmen, ushers, flower girl, and ringbearer need to know. This will also include organizing their positions for the processional/recessional, receiving line, and head table arrangements for the big day!

Developing An Itinerary

Your coordinator will have a detailed timeline of the day's events, which will be distributed to anyone else who may find it handy.

Rehearsal

Your coordinator will be present and assist with ceremony rehearsal as needed.

Support, Organization, and Troubleshooting

Your coordinator will be right there with all of you on the day of your big event! You'll be comforted to know that everything will be kept running smoothly, and any snags along the way (no matter how minor) will be handled discretely and promptly, so that you have nothing to worry about except celebrating your marriage!
